SAP to Buy Mobile-Application Maker Syclo

German enterprise software company SAP AG said Tuesday it will acquire Syclo, a maker of mobile applications, as SAP looks to expand its mobile solutions offerings.

Financial terms of the deal, which is expected to close in the second quarter, weren’t disclosed.
