No, That Amazing Hurricane Sandy Photo Isn’t Real

People! It’s 2012, and many of you should know better.

This sort of thing might seem convincing to Iranian propagandists, but the rest of us know about Photoshop, right? No?

In any case: This photo of the Statue of Liberty and an Emmerichian storm isn’t real. So, if you want to share it on Facebook and Twitter, best to write FAKE somewhere in the comment field.

There’s going to be plenty of amazing photography coming in the next few days. Why not stick with the real stuff?
